Are you passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives through education and support? The Care Bear Foundation is seeking dedicated volunteers to facilitate mental health workshops both online and in-person.
Mental Health Workshops: Volunteers will have the opportunity to lead interactive and engaging workshops focused on holistic mental health education and self-care techniques. Topics may include stress management, coping strategies, mindfulness practices, and building resilience. By sharing your expertise and knowledge, you can empower participants to enhance their mental well-being and develop healthy coping skills.
Whether you have experience in mental health counseling, or related fields, your passion for helping others and sharing knowledge can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our community. Volunteers will have the flexibility to choose between online and in-person opportunities based on their preferences and availability.
