Crest Hospice/Palliative Care is looking for volunteers to give the gift of time. You are welcome to volunteer with us to help add quality to the lives of our patient's as they go through this difficult journey. You can do this by playing board games, playing bingo, reading a book, playing music, running errands, or providing caregiver relief.
Making a difference in someone's life is very rewarding. Everyone has something to offer.

Or you are welcome to volunteer in the office doing administrative work, answering phones, filing, assembling packets, bereavement mail outs etc.

Description

Crest Hospice/ Palliative Care is looking for volunteers to ease boredom, loneliness and social isolation. To make life a little bit brighter. There are wonderful people who need kindness and support. You can do this by conversation, playing a board game, reading a book, or just simply providing a listening ear. Everyone has something to offer. We train all volunteers. Some volunteers visit patients. And some prefer to do administrative work in the office. You can decide which would be a better fit for you.
