Visitor Ambassadors are the welcoming face of the Denver Art Museum, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors. They are knowledgeable about our museum campus, assist with directions, and provide information on nearby dining and cultural options. Visitor Ambassadors are flexible, adaptable, and customer service focused.

Visitor Ambassadors volunteer for 3.25 hour shifts either in the morning (9:45am-1pm) or in the afternoon (12:45pm-4pm) every day except Wednesday. There is also a shorter 2.5 hour shift on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-8pm. We ask all Visitor Ambassadors to complete at least one shift each month for a total of at least 12 shifts per year.

At this time the Denver Art Museum is looking specifically to recruit volunteers with Saturday availability.

If you are interested in learning more, please join us for an informational open house about our Visitor Ambassador volunteer program. We'll have a brief presentation followed by a Q&A session and walk-through. All interested and prospective volunteers are welcome!
