Job Title: Individual Basketball Influencer/ Youth &Adult Influencer Team

About Our Organization: Our dedicated non-profit organization, Dunk4Dreams, offers basketball-centric programs and technology access to underserved youth, primarily focusing on minority communities. Our basketball and technology access programs launched this year in Las Vegas, NV, represent our ceaseless commitment to acting as a catalyst for social change.

We seek a passionate and dedicated volunteer Basketball Influencer to join our team. As a Volunteer Basketball Influencer, you will be responsible for creating and sharing content on social media platforms to increase the visibility of our basketball programs and attract new participants in partnership with our team or Social Media, Graphics, and Motion volunteers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a content strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
• Creating engaging and informative content that promotes basketball programs and events, including photos, videos, and written posts.
• Posting content regularly on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Monitoring the engagement and impact of content to make recommendations on future content strategies.
• Providing feedback to the organization on improving the visibility and effectiveness of the basketball programs.
• Assisting in organizing basketball events such as tournaments, clinics, and workshops. -Acting as an ambassador for the organization by promoting events and programs within your network and community.

Requirements:

• Passionate about basketball and knowledgeable about the sport.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, with the ability to generate engagement and interest.
• Smartphone/device
• Basketball players of all skill levels are encouraged to apply
• Experience coaching children aged 8-18 is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dedicated and able to commit to volunteering time regularly.
• Availability to attend and assist with in person and social media "live" basketball events and activities, as needed with advanced notice.

*Minor Volunteers will be required to have parents/guardians sign a permission slip and acknowledgment.
