We are at a pivotal stage of our development, starting to gain more traction and grow our organization.
Soul Tea Foundation is seeking a pro-bono volunteer who can research grant opportunities and craft competitive grant proposals. Soul Tea Foundation needs to increase our donation revenue from philanthropic individuals and corporations in order to continue our mission. Ideal volunteer would be willing to share their knowledge and teach board members basic proposal writing skills. Must have experience and knowledge of grant writing. Due to the commitment involved, this position may be a good fit for a retiree looking to utilize their previous career skills through volunteer work, a stay at home parent with previous grant experience, or a college student thriving to exceed in their field through sheer passion for the greater good. This position would be a true commitment to a thoroughly researched need for Tarrant County and the Greater Fort Worth area.

Soul Tea Foundation focuses on removing the barriers that keep individuals from believing in themselves and reaching their full potential. Many individuals merely struggle to exist and endure their current circumstances. We exist to help them move from that place, to a place where they are developing, succeeding, and flourishing in every aspect of their life.
Our mission is to empower opportunity challenged and financially disadvantaged individuals to move beyond merely surviving to a position of thriving. Examples of an opportunity challenged individual are: Homeless. Ex-offender. Domestic abuse survivor. Sex trafficking victim. Highschool dropout. Differently-abled. Military PTSD.
We are proud to provide training and mentorship through our Soul Tea Success Path TM Development Program.
