Bristol Hospice is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to every patient and their family. Our focus is on creating individualized care plans that honor the sacredness of life, particularly for those nearing the end of their journey. Volunteers play a crucial role in our mission, offering and gaining profoundly meaningful experiences. They collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, which includes doctors, nurses, social workers, spiritual care providers, and certified nurse aides.
