Catholic Charities is the North Bay's leading nonprofit tackling the greatest challenge of our time: poverty. We're a voice for the voiceless, a champion for all in need. For those who experience homelessness from the risk of losing stable housing to the stark realities of homelessness, we provide shelter, counseling, and security while working together to build long-term housing solutions.. For those coming here to pursue their dreams together we navigate the various paths of legal immigration, offering guidance, legal counsel, and our decades of experience. For those who are aging whether they are struggling with memory care challenges, isolation, or disease, we offer community, medical assistance, and a safe place to continue to learn and grow. For those struggling with poverty, any and all who are suffering from hunger, lack of healthcare, for those who are falling through the cracks, we're an open door, a friendly ear, and a helping partner in getting back to standing tall. We provide over 20 programs of service to nearly 80,000 people each year. We welcome people of all faiths, races, gender, and sexual orientation--and we serve the entire region the Diocese of Santa Rosa touches--Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake , Humboldt, and Del Norte counties. Catholic Charities is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
