Are you passionate about photography and making a difference? Our cancer support community is seeking enthusiastic volunteer photographers to play a vital role in our mission. By lending your lens, you can help us illuminate the strength, hope, and resilience of our community members.
Mission Statement:
HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre is dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and psychological support to individuals and families affected by cancer. We aim to foster a community of hope, resilience, and empowerment through various programs and services.
Role Description:
As a Photographer volunteer at HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre, you will play a crucial role in capturing moments of strength, resilience, and hope within our community. Your photography will help document our events, programs, and activities, providing a visual narrative of the support and care we offer to individuals and families affected by cancer. Through your lens, you will help us showcase the warmth, compassion, and solidarity that define our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coverage: Attend various events, workshops, support groups, and fundraising activities organized by HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre to capture high-quality photographs.
Storytelling Through Imagery: Use your creativity and sensitivity to visually convey the experiences, emotions, and stories of individuals touched by cancer, highlighting moments of courage, connection, and empowerment.
Photo Editing and Management: Edit and organize photographs using appropriate software to ensure high-quality images for use in promotional materials, social media, website, and other communication channels.
