Opportunities Await:
Spend quality time with patients: Share stories, play games, or simply offer a listening ear to provide comfort and companionship.
Assist with shopping: Help patients or their families with grocery shopping or running errands to alleviate their burden.
Offer respite for family members: Give caregivers a much-needed break by staying with the patient for a few hours, allowing them time for self-care.
Help with household chores: Light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up, doing laundry, or preparing meals can make a significant difference for patients and their families.
Provide transportation: Assist patients with transportation to medical appointments or accompany them on outings for a change of scenery.
Mow a patient's lawn: Maintain the outdoor space for patients who may be unable to do so themselves, ensuring a pleasant environment.

For over five decades, the Leader family’s commitment to its residents has never changed. Providing friendly, person-to-person caring for seniors has become a Leader tradition. We help families understand the available options when it comes to senior care and answer any questions or concerns that may arise during the decision-making process.
To meet the needs and wishes of our residents to an ever-changing and evolving landscape of healthcare, the Leader family has added Lifesong Hospice to its continuum of care services. Lifesong Hospice completes the circle of care the Leader family has been providing. Lifesong is about living each day with grace. Each of our residents lead a unique life. Lifesong will personalize hospice care plans to help our resident’s transition to be as comfortable as possible and tailored to their needs and preferences. In doing this, we seek to celebrate the meaning of their lives and ensure that their unique legacy is honored.
We will provide care and support for the family and the individual, and serve them with the utmost respect, regard, and grace.
