As a nursing intern at Lifesong Hospice, you will:

For over five decades, the Leader family’s commitment to its residents has never changed. Providing friendly, person-to-person caring for seniors has become a Leader tradition. To meet the needs and wishes of our residents to an ever-changing and evolving landscape of healthcare, the Leader family has added Lifesong Hospice to its continuum of care services. Lifesong Hospice completes the circle of care the Leader family has been providing. Lifesong is about living each day with grace. Each of our residents lead a unique life. Lifesong will personalize hospice care plans to help our resident’s transition to be as comfortable as possible and tailored to their needs and preferences. In doing this, we seek to celebrate the meaning of their lives and ensure that their unique legacy is honored.
We will provide care and support for the family and the individual, and serve them with the utmost respect, regard, and grace.
