The NW Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is seeking talented social media content creators to create, schedule, and manage content for our social media sites.

Our volunteer will work as part of a marketing team and specialize in content creation and analytics.

Volunteers will:

  • Ensure our social media content, such as posts, videos, and comments, has a tone and style consistent with our brand’s voice. They also create a posting schedule, so our audience knows when to expect our content.
  • Be consistent about branding.
  • Keeping track of the latest industry news and social media
  • Use trending hashtags.
  • Post about current events related to our mission and programs.

The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. The Foundation was founded in 1967 by Irwin M. and Suzanne Rosenthal, William D. and Shelby Modell, and Henry D. Janowitz, M.D. Currently the Foundation has over 50,000 members, served by our national headquarters, as well as a over 40 chapters nationwide. As the Foundation is not a government-supported agency; we rely on the support of members and donors to continue our work. The Northwest Chapter supports the Foundation's mission in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
