(Remote) Sonoma County Hospice Volunteer needed Tuesday and/or Thursday Mornings or early afternoons

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY
Anchor Health hospice is currently seeking Volunteers who are able to work remotely from home making phone calls to check in to see if clients have any new supply needs.
The calls are made on Tuesdays and/or Thursday mornings anytime between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
This is an ongoing, weekly assignment that takes approximately one hour (more hours available if interested).
Required: Computer, reliable internet connection, and a phone.
Preferred: Knowledge of general website navigation, Microsoft Excel.
Please let us know if you're interested, and our Volunteer Coordinator will give you a call! You will receive an orientation to hospice concepts as well as training, and you will be well-supported and greatly appreciated by patients, their families, and the entire Anchor Health Hospice team.

Description
Volunteer Services : Trained volunteers provide support by giving personal health in a companionship and service role. They provide companionship for patients and respite for family members and other health givers, run errands, prepare meals and spend time listening and sharing with the patient and/or family.
