Looking for a way to give back to your community? Can you spare just an hour a week?
Volunteers are needed to visit and offer companionship to Hospice patients.
We have patients all over Bastrop/Smithville area. North up to Giddings... South to Schulenburg.. West to Cedar Creek and East all the way to Katy! Wherever you are I can find you a patient to help!
As a Volunteer you will not be asked to provide any medical help. Volunteer duties may include visiting with the patient and family, reading to the patient, watching TV, or just sitting with a patient while family members tend to their personal needs.
If you are interested, I would love to tell you more!
Be sure to include your phone number and email address.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Bethany Hudson

Mission Statement
As a company, what sets JOL Healthcare apart and above the rest is our clarity of mission, our "why," and how we deliver on it. Our Five Core Values: Passion, Professionalism, Integrity, Compassion, and Collaboration are what guide us on our mission to positively impact 1,000,000 lives through home health and hospice. We work seamlessly as a Cohesive Team, providing Concierge Communication, and offering the very best in Comprehensive Care. We’re educators, healers & comforters, customer service and community ambassadors, and practice builders. We strive to recruit and retain the very best professionals in the industry. We continue to educate our clinicians and staff and support work-life integration, because we know that cared for people provide better care.
Description
JOL Healthcare is a female founded, privately owned, and locally operated home health and hospice company headquartered in central Texas.
Founded in 2013 on "a hope and a prayer" and an unwavering belief that families deserved better, occupational therapist and president, Sarah Files, assembled a team of leaders, clinicians, & staff that shared in that vision. You may be familiar with our two services lines under their original names, Your Home Health Care and Journey Of Life Hospice & Palliative Care. Now an established and quickly growing healthcare company, we haven’t lost our start up spirit, and we’re proud of that.
