Old Mill Center for Children & Families works to provide early education, physical, and mental health services and support to children and families in Linn and Benton counties to ensure that all children have a fair and equal chance at a great start in life. We need help with our website SEO in the Development Department. Being able to lend us their knowledge on Google Ads and how we can improve advertisement. We are open to new ideas if any come up that may help us in any way.Work in the Development Department for a youth-based organization that serves children and families. This is a part-time position approximately 4-6 hours per week, but will expand to up to 20 hours per week during event season - February - April. May use multiple volunteers to handle heavier load.
Our team changes lives for underserved kids and their families. The Development team supports their critical work. Join us -- and make a difference!

Section 2. Specific Purposes.
The specific purpose of Old Mill Center for Children and Families is to partner with the Corvallis and surrounding Benton County communities to help children and families thrive through services and resources targeting the safety, support, and success of all children. General areas of programs and services offered to fulfill this mission include:
(a) PRIMARY PREVENTION efforts aimed at preventing child abuse and neglect; educating and empowering new parents; providing the physical and emotional resources needed to facilitate healthy, lasting family relationships; reducing the effects of major stressors on family functioning; and advancing general understanding of the role of safety and security in positive childhood development in all families.
(b) SUPPORTIVE EDUCATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES designed to address individual and family problems or areas for growth that inhibit or preclude the emotional, social, physical, and educational development of children in positive, nurturing family environments.
(c) EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY efforts that increase awareness of childhood problems and their causes; create and propagate effective, collaborative relationships between child and family resources in the community; increase understanding and appreciation of diversity in families in the community; and make access to resources effective and available for all families.
