Campground Host/Blue Heron

Background check is required. The campground is located in Kentucky, nine miles west of Stearns off Highway 742. The campground has 45 sites all with water and electric hook-ups, picnic tables, fire-rings, access to restrooms, showers and a dump station. The host site has sewage and 40 amp hook-up.
The Blue Heron mining community is located just a few miles from the Blue Heron Campground and is open year-round. The Blue Heron mines operated from 1937, until December 1962, when operations were no longer profitable. This community is located on the bank of the Big South Fork River.
