Interested in organizing events to better our world? Do you have firm interest and/or insight on sustainability and would like to help make sustainability knowledge the asset of the general public? No prior skills or knowledge necessary, we will teach you all you need to know to volunteer with us.

We are searching for a volunteer to lead the Tours team. This position can be entirely remote/hybrid at 3-10 weekly hours on average, which will allow you to refine your skills and network with industry professionals and like minded sustainability focused volunteers.

GreenHomeNYC's mission is to promote an energy efficient and sustainable built environment and to support green professional development in NYC. The Green Tours Team Lead organizes excursions virtual and in-person to learn what’s on the cutting edge of green buildings, recycling facilities, and sustainable urban landscape, and streetscape, in collaboration with the people who design, build and operate these sites.
