As a CRM Database Management Volunteer, you'll collaborate directly with our Director of Operations, contributing to the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Database Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our donor, member, and partnership management tools.
• Data Entry and Integrity: Maintain the integrity of our data systems through precise and meticulous data entry.
• Report Generation: Compile and generate reports on donor activities, contributions, and engagement for strategic decision-making.
• Data Security: Uphold strict confidentiality and security measures in handling sensitive donor and member information.
• HubSpot Knowledge: If you have experience with HubSpot, that's a plus! Familiarity with this platform will be highly valuable.
