• This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.

Save the Water(tm) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct water research to identify and remove harmful contaminants in water, and to raise public awareness about water contamination and its health impacts. STW ­(tm) also offers educational programs to excite young minds about water science.

About the role:

• The Lab secretary will also be responsible for the inventory of promotional materials,event displays, and all necessary materials for in-person events.
• Attend local events and represent STW(tm). Will also lead other local volunteers during in-person events.
• The position of lab secretary is to help with phone calls, help with research under the instructions, lab inventory, scheduling of other lab volunteers, and other duties related to the operation of the lab.
• The secretary must come to the lab at least twice a week to fulfill the five hours required of an associate.
• The job is diverse, as the secretary will help plan projects and contact the rest of the
• organization as needed.
