Do you love planning, and creating events, and following up with event outreach?

We're a watershed education nonprofit in the San Francisco Bay Area that does a variety of events from watershed tours to Moth NIghts to birding bioblitzes. We're working hard to build up our already ample audience base to include more youth and school classrooms.

Your work will be

  • setting up 2024 events on eventbrite that we have on our calendar for the entire year
  • reading through/taking tours to right apt descriptions
  • getting the same events on Facebook and several other outreach sites
  • reaching out to schools and teachers directly (through lists we have already)
  • making sure attendees receive the follow-up email with a survey about the event
  • record the number of attendees/income in our event tracking Google doc
You should be
  • able to keep your time commitment for a minimum of three months, 5-7 hours a week
  • basic knowledge of online Google tools
  • organized
  • communicative
  • kind and respectful
