We teach and train professionals in the Bay Area to be committed partners working towards community-based change.
We partner teams of 4-5 professionals with local nonprofits to work on a 4-month strategic project. Our fellows apply their professional skills to a challenge their partner is facing, dedicating after-work hours to bring solutions to life.
In addition to working on the project, all cohort members attend 5 in-person workshops focused on varying topics including human centered design, systems change, and a values exploration activity. Last but not least, you'll be building community with your team, nonprofit partner, and cohort members!
This is a 4-month program running from February 28th - June 28th. You can expect to spend 3-4 hours a week working on the project, and attending team meeting and workshops.
Project cycles are open to Full Circle Fund members. Membership is open to everybody, and we strive to create a diverse and inclusive community and offer scholarships for applicants. To learn more about member benefits check out our membership page: https://www.fullcirclefund.org/membership
