We are looking for an individual who has experience with Google Ads. Preferably with Google Search Ads.

If you have experience with Google Ad Grants or Google for Nonprofits that is an additional bonus.

The ideal candidate will know how to create and optimize campaigns, ads, ad groups, site links, callouts, extensions, et cetera.

You must be skilled in keyword research as well as negative keywords.

You also need to know and understand how to create and track conversions and allocate budgets for ad spending.

The workload will be heavy initially, as you will need to review all of our current ads and optimize them. This will include organizing the current account, adding images, and any other missing information.

Then, you will be responsible for creating additional ads or campaigns for new sermons each week. As well as monitoring the performance of existing campaigns and adjusting accordingly.

Our goal is to reach the next generation with the messages in the Bible. We post weekly sermons on YouTube and social media as well as daily devotionals via our "Ministry Minute". Our content is also available on blog platforms and podcasts. We can always use help with marketing, fundraising, and social media support.
