If you are interested in volunteering from the comfort of your own home, please know that we have a few experiences that would work well for you! If you much prefer to be behind the scenes and working on a computer, we have experiences that would work well for you. We are always in need of office help: phone calls (answering and making calls), data entry (excel exp.), mailings.

Description

Hospice is a special concept of care designed to provide comfort ad support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to curative treatment. Hospice patients are cared for in their personal residences, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and in contracted inpatient hospital settings.

AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care engenders hope in the lives of its patients and their family members. We are here for you.

We are a comunity-based organization on an ongoing mission to find creative solutions which add quality of life. We believe firmly in the patient/family focus of hospice care, recognizing that individuals and families are the experts in their own care.
