Role Description:

As a volunteer writer/journalist, you will have the opportunity to contribute compelling content to our blog, covering a wide range of topics including but not limited to:

• Global politics and governance
• Climate change and environmental sustainability
• Social justice and human rights
• Technology and innovation
• Economic development and poverty alleviation
• Cultural diversity and inclusion

Responsibilities:

• Researching and pitching story ideas relevant to global issues.
• Writing engaging and informative articles, opinion pieces, and features for publication on our blog.
• Conducting interviews with experts, activists, and community leaders.
• Fact-checking and ensuring accuracy and integrity in all content produced.
• Collaborating with our editorial team to refine articles and meet publication deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
• Passion for global affairs and a commitment to accuracy and objectivity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
• Prior experience in journalism, blogging, or content creation is desirable but not required.
