Importance of The Role
Dev Launcher’s IdeaSpace project is seeking a UX Designer to contribute to the success of our human-centered design approach. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse product team of 8 members around the world to optimize strategies through insight-driven enhancements.
About The Project
IdeaSpace ’s goal is to build a platform that brings people from a diverse range of specialties together to collaboratively design the best possible software solutions. This project provides a space for people to establish and develop their ideas into working projects with input from others.
✨ Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design solutions and product experiences
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to gather requirements, create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
- Participate in workshops and collaboration sessions.
- Be empowered to make strategic decisions and implement best practice solutions
- Collaborate with the Universal Design Team, who is in charge of our Design System.
- Advocate for human-centered design principles within the organization.
- Meeting with the Product team weekly to address feedback and updates

Who You are
Required skills:
- 1+ years of experience in UX Design.
- Have worked on a few projects and demonstrated expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and interaction design.
- Able to produce faster and with less guidance than a Junior role, but require more direction and input on tasks than a Senior role.
- Strong knowledge of human-centered design principles.
- Able to make low-mid level UX architecture/design decisions without guidance.
- Experience designing user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups and prototyping in Figma.
- Are comfortable with the tools of your craft.
- Experience designing for Responsive is ideal.
- An inspiring portfolio or at least one case study demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, design solutions based on human-centered design.
- Good communication skills and ability to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Bring vigor, passion, motivation and energy.
- A growth mindset, comfortable with the unknown, and a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and attentive to details.
- Can commit 5-10+ hours/week.
Bonus skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field, or be currently studying in one of these areas.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility.
