Literacy is a key component of our work so it is no surprise that we celebrate "March is Reading Month" in a BIG way. Throughout the entire month, Brilliant homes host fun-filled activities promoting the love of reading. In addition, we run several social media campaigns, encouraging our community to be a part of the conversation on why reading is so special to them. There are many ways for volunteers to get involved and support the importance of reading, including hosting a book donation drive.
In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday, March is designated as National Reading Month - a month to motivate all ages to read every day and all year round. Each year during the month of March, Brilliant hosts a variety of events to celebrate the fun of reading.
Below are some ways we can encourage and inspire joyful reading in the minds of Brilliant families.
Brilliant sites below are offering unique programming that has different volunteer needs.
**Volunteers working directly with Brilliant children, families, and staff are asked to have a background check.**
