Join Free Arts NYC to empower young minds (ages 6-12) in our Free Arts Day Program. We pair elementary-aged youth 1 on 1 with volunteers for an afternoon of art-making and "mini-mentoring." Participants engage in collaborative art projects for enhanced creativity and communication skills.

We seek vibrant individuals passionate about arts, childhood development, and community engagement. No art experience required-just bring your enthusiasm! Apply now to contribute to behind-the-scenes activities and make a difference in our transformative community journey!

All applicants who submit a completed application will be contacted to schedule an interview followed by a group training session. Additional background checks may be required based on placement. Any accepted volunteer may voluntarily leave, and/or may be dismissed by Free Arts NYC at any time for any reason.

Please email david.petrak@freeartsnyc.org in order to get started.
