ORGANIZATION: Solid Ground

logo

In addition to safe, affordable housing, Solid Ground provides parents with services that support long-term goals of increased stability, improved health, and long-term success. Among these services is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Budgeting Classes, Tenant Training, Nutrition & Cooking Classes, and more.

So that our families can be fully present during these trainings, we are asking for 1-2 volunteers to help occupy a small group of little ones (ages 1-5) while their parents are attending these sessions. Tasks include playing games, reading books, dancing, singing, making art, etc. If you enjoy playing with children, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Times needed are May 1st, May 8th, May 15th & May 22nd; 11:00am-12:30pm.

If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please contact Dylan at 651-846-9024, or DMcDonough@solidgroundmn.org.
