The Patient Experience Inpatient Aide provides support and assistance to patients and their families throughout their experience on an inpatient unit. Under the direction of the Patient Experience Specialist, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the assistant works to establishes relationships with patients, families and/or visitors in order to facilitate communications with the care team and assist with providing the highest level of service throughout their experience within our organization.

4 hours shifts OR you can elect to fill in on last minute vacances

- Ideally, we'd love 4 hours a week
- This volunteer aide will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical care area. This assistant will be able to follow direction and be self-directed to perform trained tasks independently. Keeping calm in a crisis is helpful.
