Overview: Lavender Lotis is seeking a creative and dynamic Remote Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media presence across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be proficient in content creation, video editing, and writing engaging blogs for LinkedIn. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape our online brand presence and engage with our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Lavender Lotis' mission and goals.
  2. Create engaging and visually appealing content including videos, graphics, and photos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  3. Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling and publishing posts across all platforms.
  4. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and gather information for social media campaigns.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
  7. Write short and compelling blogs for LinkedIn that highlight Lavender Lotis' initiatives, events, and community impact.
  8. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or social impact sector.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other design tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging blog posts for LinkedIn.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred.
