Mission Statement

We are seeking to put God's love into action by being a full service food pantry and resource center for a better community.

Description

Anointed Victorious Outreach Services (AVOS) began February 2019 to be able to feed the community. It started off as the Founders, Andrew and Andrea Braun giving small bags of food to families. AVOS partnered with Kingdom Life Christian Church in Poinciana, FL and it became a walk through food pantry where clients could walk to each food station and be able to receive what they needed. When covid hit Osceola county, AVOS became a drive thru food pantry. Currently, we are serving approximately 500 families on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Kingdom Life Christian Church (1901 S. Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, FL) between 11am - 1pm.
We are in need of volunteers to work from 8:30am - 2pm. During this time, we are making food boxes, and then distributing the boxes to the clients. The need is great and we can not feed this many people without the volunteers.

2023 accomplishments:

  • Fed 5,627 families (27,185 people)
  • Support 3 schools in Osceola county by providing the food for their food pantries
  • Sponsored and hosted a Backpack Drive, and a Community Fall Festival
