About Our Organization: Dunk4Dreams is a non-profit organization committed to empowering youth from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing access to basketball programs that enhance their social and physical well-being. Our mission is to create a community that fosters growth, leadership, and confidence in youth through basketball.

Job Description: Dunk4Dreams seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's operations, programs, and fundraising activities. This role reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the organization's mission and goals are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
• Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization's programs and operations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Oversee and manage the organization's budget, financial resources, and fundraising activities to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
• Guide and mentor staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality programming and operations aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization in public forums and media outlets to raise awareness and support for the organization's mission.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a senior leadership role in a non-profit organization.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills.
• Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding youth development, basketball, non-profit management, and social justice issues.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and financial and human resources.
