The Friends of Turner Dodge are currently seeking new board members. The board meets monthly on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm. The board works on supporting the house through fundraising, volunteering and advocating. Looking for persons with a passion for preserving history and serving the community. Currently seeking someone to serve as the Board's Treasurer.

The mission of Lansing Parks and Recreation is to enhance the quality of life through the preservation and maintenance of park lands, the provision of quality leisure activities and the provision of special facilities that would otherwise not be available to Lansing Residents.
Description
Lansing Parks and Recreation offers a variety of programs for all ages and abilities. We also operate 114 parks and over 16 miles of river trail. Within all of this, we have a volunteer opportunity for everyone. From one time special events, after school/summer mentoring, coaching to park beautification, we have it all.
