Position Summary: As a Volunteer Benefit Concert Booking Coordinator at Agape National Academy of Music (ANAM), you will assist the Executive Director with identifying churches, schools, and community organizations to sponsor benefit concerts for ANAM. This remote position is flexible; we will work with you to create a schedule that works for you and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to identify potential churches, schools, and community groups to sponsor benefit concerts for ANAM
2. Send letters via email to churches, make follow-up calls to churches, schools and community groups
3. Set up appointments and meetings with churches, schools, and community groups
4. Assist with presentations to churches, schools, and community groups to sponsor
5. Manage benefit concert database

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in virtual communication tools and platforms.
• Passionate about the mission of ANAM and the transformative power of music.

Time Commitment

This is a volunteer position with flexible hours; we will work with your schedule. The estimated time commitment is between 2 and 15 hours per week.
