Tidy Team Volunteer Needed Description: Do you love to clean or garden? Careline Health Group is looking for a volunteer to join our Tidy Team. As a Tidy Team Volunteer, you will help our hospice patients and families with everyday chores. By handling these chores, you will give families the ability to spend more quality time with their loved one. Example chores would include mowing grass, light housekeeping, gardening, shoveling in winter, and anything else that would be beneficial for the family. The Greatest Generation has given us so much. By offering a little of your elbow grease, you will make a special impact in the lives of those facing life’s final journey. If you have a strong desire to reach out with love and concern for others join as a volunteer in Team Tidy today! Careline Health Group provides quality care anywhere our patients reside. The hospice team, led by a dedicated RN case manager and overseen by a physician, helps our patients and their family make informed decisions about care choices and options.
Hospice Volunteers make valuable contributions to all service areas and are truly the heart of Careline Hospice. Our Volunteer Program provides an integrated and comprehensive system of volunteer programs that enhance and augment the services of hospice staff.
- Clerical Support - bulk mail preparation, creating admission packets and much more
- Companion Care - providing companionship to patients and respite to their family in the home.
- Bereavement Services - providing emotional support to family members or friends for 13 months following a patient’s death.
- Spiritual Care - providing spiritual and emotional support to patients and families.
