CrowdDoing is a joint initiative of Match4Action Foundation and Reframe It, focused on addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges by collaborating with professionals and volunteers from many different industries. The organization offers a platform for individuals to connect and collaborate toward creating systemic change. CrowdDoing aims to support social innovations with transformative impact potential through global multi-disciplinary volunteering, micro-leadership and service learning, with an orientation toward ikigai and self-determination theory.

Role Description

The Pro Bono Transformation Coach role is part of the CrowdDoing Coaching Collective, a volunteer role that is performed remotely. The Transformation Coach will work with individuals and organizations to help them identify their goals, overcome challenges, and achieve their objectives. They will provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to help individuals and organizations realize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate transformative one-on-one pro bono coaching sessions, focusing on personal empowerment, goal realization, and self-discovery.
  • Employ a range of coaching techniques to inspire, motivate, and support individuals in their personal and professional growth.
  • Assist individuals in aligning their passions and strengths with broader societal and environmental objectives.
  • Create a safe, supportive environment for in-depth exploration, self-reflection, and meaningful progress.
  • Engage actively with the CrowdDoing Coaching Collective, sharing experiences, insights, and contributing to a culture of mutual learning and growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals or organizations to achieve their goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Understanding of tools and techniques for goal setting, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of volunteers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Passion for social impact and making a difference in the world
  • Certified coach or significant experience in life coaching, personal development coaching, or related areas.
  • A track record of inspiring change and fostering personal growth in individuals.
  • Exceptional empathetic listening and communication skills, capable of deeply connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to ethical coaching practices and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Insight into the interplay between personal development and systemic societal change.
