We at the Center for Early Intervention on Deafness (CEID) are looking for an English-Dari language interpreter to support our weekly virtual language classes, September 2rd and September 30th, and October 21st to December 16th.
This would be a minimum of one month commitment, one hour per week for Mondays from 6:00PM - 7:00PM PST. Other Arabic-English translation opportunities may exist in the future for other virtual or in-person projects.
Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection for video calls
- Access to Zoom application
- Fluency in Dari and advanced proficiency in English
- Quiet space during the classroom times
Possible other projects:
- Translating emails
- Translating event flyers or other notices
- Translating documentations
