Mission Statement
LilyCare of New Jersey is committed to providing comprehensive physical, emotional and spiritual care to individuals and their families, promoting the highest quality of living for those suffering from a life-limiting illness.
Description
The hospice services we provide at LilyCare are person and family oriented. We understand and empathize with everyone who comes to us, but we take great pride in assisting you and your loved ones with our services at such an important and difficult time. We are fully devoted to guaranteeing the highest level of comfort for each of our clients.
We provide a range of skilled healthcare services right in their own homes. These services can include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social work. The goal of our clinical services is to help clients to recover from an illness or injury, manage a chronic condition, or maintain their quality of life and independence at home.
The caregiver support and education services provided at LilyCare are designed to help caregivers care for their loved ones. Some of the services included are respite care, training on how to provide specific kinds of care, and emotional support. Caregiver support and education can help caregivers to manage the stress of caregiving, improve their caregiving skills, and provide the best possible care for their loved ones.
