San Francisco SCORE depends on the talent and time of volunteers to help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of small business ownership.

Volunteers are really the backbone of the organization.

Overview: The 2024 SCORE SF GALA committee seeks proposals from qualified graphic designers to create various print and digital materials to promote our 2024 SCORE SF Gala event on April 29, 2024. We require a cohesive visual identity across multiple deliverables leading up to and enhancing the event experience.

The graphic designer will conceptualize, design, and provide production-ready files for the following by the noted deadlines:

Deliverables & Deadlines:

  • Client Award Winners & Resource Partners Banners for the videography - March 15th

  • Event Program with sponsor pages and agenda - March 15th

  • Marketing Materials for Event to post on social media - March 1st

  • Additional requests TBD (signage, presentations, web graphics etc.)

All materials are intended for professional printing or digital use, following brand guidelines. Designers should provide files in required formats/specs for production.

Proposal Guidelines:
Please include the following information:

  • Project timeline and availability

  • Design concepts and approach

  • Requested revisions policy

  • Terms for ownership/rights to materials designed

Proposals due by Monday February 12, 2024 and should be submitted to admin@sfscore.org . We look forward to promoting a fantastic event with you!

SCORE is a nonprofit resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration and is the largest volunteer organization in the US that helps aspiring and existing entrepreneurs succeed. Our main activity is providing free mentoring services and low cost workshops. Volunteering is a way for you to give back and share your knowledge.
