DATE: May 8th from 4-8 (excluding set up/break down time)
EVENT: reception/dinner for NorCal's "Clients of the Year" winners.
LOCATION: The Golden Gate Club at the Presidio (we will pay mileage/bridge fees only)
Northern CA District (including Silicon Valley, East Bay, SF, North Coast and Central Coast SCORE chapters) depends on the talent and time of volunteers to help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of small business ownership.
We are currently looking for one photographer to handle the VIP/Award winners/Attendee still shots for the 2025 Bay Area Small Business Awards Gala. LOCATION: The Golden Gate Club in the Presidio. Time involved: 3:30 pm until 8:30 pm (with time out for you to enjoy dinner with us too).
The photographer will capture high-quality photos documenting the event, speakers, awards ceremonies, and atmosphere. Photos will be used for post-event promotional materials, future event marketing, website galleries, and print publications. Credit will always be given on the photo to the photographer. Another volunteer available to help take names/help move objects.
Deliverables:
Minimum 300 high resolution, edited photos with rights for commercial use
All photos to be delivered digitally within 5 days after event
Proposal Guidelines:
Please include in online form the following information:
Overview of photographic style, experience with events
Available dates in May 2025 for editing/delivery
Ownership/rights details for photos produced
Any other details relevant to completing the photographic services
Proposals due by Friday, April 25 and should be submitted to susan.lundy@scorevolunteer.org . We appreciate your time and look forward to receiving your proposal.
