Responsibilities:
- Companionship and Emotional Support:
- Offer comforting presence to patients, engaging in conversation, reading, or simply being there to listen.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate and caring environment.
- Assistance with certain Activities:
- Assist patients with activities such as reading, writing, or participating in hobbies to enhance quality of life.
- Special Projects and Events:
- Contribute to special projects and events organized by Forest Park Hospice.
Location:
- While our main office is located in Wilsonville, OR, our service are spans a 60-mile radius, encompassing locations such as Portland metro, Beaverton, Tigard, Woodburn, McMinnville, Gresham, and beyond. Our service is provided in various settings, including homes, facilities and assisted living communities.
