Mentor a Promise is a growing non-profit making a real difference for students in NYC! We're seeking a dynamic community leader to join our team and champion educational equity for students residing in temporary housing.

You'll:

• Lead the Way: Develop and implement strategies to ensure our educational programs deliver impactful results to our communities, especially in times of change.
• Build Bridges: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to forge strong partnerships that support our mission.
• Empower & Uplift: Update resource guides that provide timely and useful information to the communities we serve.

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in cultural responsiveness, strategic planning, and communication.
• A knack for problem-solving and team development.
