St. Louis County Parks invites Master Gardeners, Master Gardener Trainees, garden hobbyists, or anyone who enjoys working outdoors, to meet at Laumeier Sculpture Park this growing season. The Garden Volunteer opportunity is a great way to enjoy the company of others in an outdoor setting while focusing on the beautification of Laumeier Sculpture Park. The informal group meets Thursday mornings from 8:30am - 10:30am, weather permitting, and maintains the garden beds around the building campus at Laumeier. Volunteers over the age of 18 are welcome. St. Louis County Parks does not require an ongoing commitment, and volunteers are welcome to join during weeks that suit their schedule, March through November. Project announcements are sent each Tuesday for the Thursday project. RSVP is requested but not required. Contact volunteer@laumeier.org, to request an application and be added to the Laumeier Garden Volunteer email list.
