Lakeland Care was formed through Creative Care Options, one of the first Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to pilot the Family Care program in Wisconsin. For over 24 years, we have remained dedicated to providing tailored solutions and support, ensuring we meet the needs of the individuals and organizations we serve effectively and compassionately.
