Careline Health Group provides exceptional hospice services. Our patients are typically older and often face life-limiting illness. We provide customized plans of care to meet their and their family’s needs. We serve our patients and communities through belief in Our Mission and Values.

We often meet our patients and their families during times of hardship and duress. We work as a specialized team, hand-in-hand with our the current support network and care providers. This collaborative approach to care reduces stress and enables our patients and their families to focus on the most important thing: celebrating life.

Careline Health Group is family owned and operated. We are licensed in the state of Michigan.
