Description of the Advisory Committee:
- The Advisory Committee focuses on periodically assessing the Board of Director's performance and processes. The Committee will give advice, recommendations, and knowledge on ethics and the overall operations of the organization.
- The Advisory Committee will help to increase partner member collaborations and keep both partners and community members engaged in the organization’s mission.
- The Advisory Committee quarterly review meetings with the Board of Directors is held four times a year.
- The Advisory Committee is a non-governing body with no legal responsibilities or decision-making authority and should provide expertise in program planning, policies or services, recruitment of committee members, and community engagement.
- The Advisory Committee will serve for a term of one year.
The Advisory Committee tasks include:
- Responsible for the support, health and functioning of the governing board.
- An example of this would be to be sure the Board is on track with deadlines and if not, give advice as to how deadlines can be better managed.
- Give "specialized" information, experience, and skills in order for the organization to operate efficiently.
- For example, review, advise and recommend tools the Board may use in the areas of (coaching, counseling/therapy, training, and mentoring) in order to operate the organizations’ programs efficiently and effectively.
- Meet with a regular frequency. The Advisory Committee will define and align on the meeting frequency.
- Meeting Prep for quarterly review meeting with the Board of Directors.

Our goal is to provide support, coaching and training facilitated by certified staff members.
Revolutionized, Inc. consists of three core programs including:
LifeBlood, LifeLines, and LifeEquipped. Our single moms progress through each of these programs and at completion, graduate with a renewed mindset and the life and relationship tools and skills to live a new, empowered and purposeful life!
