Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to define and refine the product vision based on the organization's objectives and market demand and to elicit detailed product requirements and ensure clarity and consensus on what needs to be built.
- Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications, user stories, and wireframes, working closely with the design and development teams.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring alignment across the board.
- Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, ensuring products meet user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure products are user-centric.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in product management, with specific experience in business analysis.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data to inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations and translating technical jargon into actionable insights.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies, ensuring efficient collaboration with technical teams.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions balancing intuition, data, user feedback, and business needs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust in a dynamic environment, absorbing new information and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Our vision is that society will one day equip altruistic organizations as well as we equip for-profit companies. Over the years, we’ve seen new technologies enable corporations to shape our culture, alter our ecosystem, and usher in new realities we never thought possible. Most non-profit organizations, on the other hand, are totally bereft of technical capability. While they focus on matters paramount to humanity-homelessness, civil rights, environmental sustainability, etc.-they are left to make change with few resources other than selfless dedication and sheer willpower. We will ensure mission-driven nonprofits receive the technical support they need to modernize. There already exists an army of folks working for positive change, we will give them the digital boost they need to exponentially increase their positive impact. We already have the heroes, Digital Aid Seattle is just giving them a tech super-power.
