Campground Host-Tahoe National Forest Yuba River Ranger District 2024

ORGANIZATION: USDA Forest Service

The Yuba River Ranger District is a large district that covers area between Nevada City, CA to Truckee, CA and between Nevada City to north of Sierra City, CA. Campground host will work up to 5 days per week with two consecutive days off. The hour requirement is a minimum of 4 hours per day up to 5 days per week. Camp hosts help greet visitors, answer questions, general maintenance of the campground, clean outhouses, assist campground staff with hanging reservations tags and more. Recreation staff will touch base with campground hosts at least a couple times per week if not more. Recreation staff will provide needed materials for reservations, general maintenance and cleaning tasks. Some of our campgrounds with host sites are as follows:

Bullard's Bar Reservoir area of the Yuba River Ranger District:
