Our Heart to Heart Hospice Bereavement Program helps families deal with all kinds of grief after loss, including helping families grieve, navigating complicated family relationships, offering veteran family support, connecting families with disease-specific support groups like cancer or Alzheimer’s and more.
Our Bereavement Coordinator stays connected with families up to 13 months for support after death.
We need volunteers dedicated to help with our bereavement letters that are mailed out weekly and monthly. Volunteers will be trained by the Bereavement Coordinator.
