Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for people with kind hearts that would like to brighten the day of patients and families who are located at our inpatient unit. Visits provide peace of mind for families.
Help make the final stage of a person's life more fulfilling by hearing their stories, going on walks, looking at their pictures, playing games with them, or various other activities that will put a smile on their face.
We can accommodate your schedule at Heart to Heart Hospice House. Ongoing training and support are provided by our Volunteer Coordinator.
