If you're enthusiastic about fostering dialogue within communities and aligning with THEO’s mission, we want to hear from you. Your commitment to our cause matters, even if you don't entirely meet all qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Experience in community engagement or similar roles.
- An enthusiastic advocate for THEO’s mission and values.
- Organize community or school-based events and facilitate discussions.
- Expected commitment time: the time needed to organize 4 events per quarter, typically around 10 hours per week.
- The targeted audience could be Greater Boston communities and broader neighborhoods, including schools and elderly centers.
- Establish partnerships with the collaborated organizations or communities to promote open dialogue initiatives.
- Collaborate with THEO's executives and volunteer team to strategize and implement events.
- Act as a positive representative of THEO in various networking efforts.
